What is a CIP system?
CIP is a Clean in place acronym, also known as clear positioning or positioning cleaning. CIP cleaning system for cleaning tanks and pipe, is widely used in beverage, dairy, fruit juice, jam, beer and other beverages high degree of mechanization of food production enterprises. It can be equipped with hot water tank, alkaline water tank, acid tank, disinfectant tank, etc. according to requirements.
The tank is made by stainless steel 304, and the welding seam is polished with sanding belt. Fully automatic control of temperature, liquid level, concentration and flow rate. The CIP system can clean and sterilization of the equipment at the same time, and can choose different CIP processes for different phenomena and different cleaning requirements, so as to provide a guarantee for the efficient and safe production of the brewery.
The CIP process is divided into three types, the first is the 3-step cleaning (water washing-alkaline washing -final shower), and the second is the 5-step cleaning (water washing-alkaline washing-water washing-acid washing-final shower) ), the third is the 7-step cleaning. Drinking water is often used for water washing, and the water temperature can be adjusted according to different residues. Generally, the temperature of the water is controlled at 60-80°C. 1.0-2.5% NaOH solution is used for alkaline washing, 1.0-2.0% HNO3 is often used for acid washing, and purified water is used for the final shower.
