HGMC Mashing System | Multi-Vessel Combination for Precision Brewing
The beer mashing system primarily consists of a mash tun, mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and slurry trough. Different configurations can be designed to meet specific needs. For the mashing section of a craft brewery's production line, three, four, or five-vessel configurations are common. The tanks are constructed entirely of sanitary-grade 304/316L stainless steel, or copper-clad, and TIG welded. The entire tank body is pickled and passivated, with a polishing accuracy of 0.4µm.
